He's in the Navy now, not behind a plow!

This picture was taken in 1946 (spring I think) at the home of my uncle John and aunt Cecil's home in Gardner, Ill. I was in the navy (Navy Pier in Chicago) and visited there with my mother and father. Dorothy (my only first cousin) was there with her first child, Jeanie. No doubt uncle John took the picture since he was an ardent photographer.
